• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• If you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we receive only your name and email as provided by Apple. You may choose to hide your email; in that case, Apple relays email through a private address and we will not have your real email address.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell the Service or any content from it.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

Nourii uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate meal plans, recipes, and nutrition recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Recommendations are based on the information you provide and may not be suitable for everyone.
• You are responsible for verifying ingredient safety, especially if you have food allergies.
• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and is not medical advice.

The Service provides nutrition and wellness information for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or dietary changes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Nourii and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including AI/LLM services, the USDA FoodData Central database, Google Cloud Platform for hosting, and Google and Apple for authentication. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourii and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nourii harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
